Define “Out-of-the-Money” (OTM) for a Call Option.

A call option is "out-of-the-money" (OTM) when the current price of the underlying asset is below the option's strike price. If exercised immediately, an OTM call would result in a loss or zero profit.

OTM options have zero intrinsic value. The premium consists entirely of time value.
