Define the Risk Profile of a Naked Short Call Option.

A naked short call option is the sale of a call option without owning the underlying asset to cover the potential obligation. The risk profile is one of unlimited loss because the price of the underlying asset can theoretically rise indefinitely.

If the option is exercised, the seller must purchase the asset at the high market price to deliver it at the lower strike price, leading to a potentially catastrophic loss.
