How Does Proof-of-Activity Relate to the Concept of a ‘Fork’ in a Blockchain?

PoA influences forks by making consensus dependent on both miners and stakers. If a chain split (fork) occurs, the stakers' votes determine which chain is considered valid and continues.

This dual validation can help resolve minor forks more quickly than pure PoW. However, it can also introduce complexity if stakers are split or try to sign on multiple competing chains.
