How Is the Strike Price of a Crypto Option Determined?

The strike price is the predetermined price at which the underlying crypto asset can be bought (call option) or sold (put option) upon exercise. It is determined by the options exchange or protocol based on market demand and is offered in increments around the current spot price, allowing traders to choose different levels of risk and reward.
