If a Miner Finds a Valid Block Solution, How Does the Pool Ensure the Reward Is Properly Claimed?

When a miner finds a valid block solution, they submit it to the pool operator's stratum server. The operator verifies the solution and immediately broadcasts the block to the network to claim the reward.

The reward is typically paid to the pool's designated wallet address (the coinbase address) specified in the block template. The operator then distributes the reward, minus the fee, to the individual miners according to the pool's payment method.
