What Is the Current Bitcoin Block Reward (As of the Last Halving)?

As of the most recent halving event, which occurred in May 2020, the block reward was reduced to $6.25$ Bitcoin per block. This reward is given to the miner who successfully validates a new block and adds it to the blockchain.

The next halving will cut this reward in half again.
