What Is the Difference between a PoC and a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in a DApp Context?

A PoC focuses purely on technical feasibility, proving that a concept can work. An MVP, however, is a functional product with just enough features to satisfy early customers and provide feedback for future development.

A PoC asks "Can we build it?" while an MVP asks "Should we build it, and how will users react?". The MVP is a market-facing product, whereas the PoC is an internal technical test.
